LSDj for FM-1
Install your own copy of LSDj on an M-VAVE FM-1. Your ROM and songs stay on this computer: nothing is uploaded.
Step 1
Choose your LSDj ROM
LSDj is made by Johan Kotlinski and isn't distributed here. Get it from littlesounddj.com, then choose the .gb file.
Step 2
Pick sample kits
Kits you leave out show as empty kit slots in LSDj. Your songs aren't affected.
Step 3
Install on the FM-1
Connect the FM-1 with a USB data cable and close other MIDI apps. Use Chrome or Edge. Keep it powered until it restarts.
Songs
Export or import your save
Export downloads the FM-1's songs as lsdj.sav. Import replaces them with a .sav from another LSDj (128 KiB); the FM-1 keeps your current songs if the import fails.
Undo
Restore the stock firmware
Puts back M-VAVE's official FM-1 V15 firmware. Choose the V15 .fwsc file from M-VAVE; it is checked against the official file's fingerprint before anything is written.
